Face to face Data collection
In-home Interviews
- Interviews are conducted in respondents’ home – both qualitative and quantitative.
Out-of-home Interviews
- Intercept interviews
- Central Location interviews (qualitative and quantitative)
Data Collection Tools
PAPI – Pen & Paper interviews (only used upon client request)
CAPI – Through the use of handheld devices (SmartPhones/tablets)
CATI – These are telephonic interviews usually suited for 10-15 minutes interviews with availability of respondent data base (phone numbers). This method of interview is cost efficient compared to Face to face interviews
ONLINE – This is made possible with an online panel of consumers and businesses that we have.
